Ryan Murphy Selected as Operations Manager of Equivalent DATA

Houston, TX – November 14, 2006

Prior to joining Equivalent DATA, Murphy was the Director of Business Services, Technology, and Administration for the Legal, Government Relations, and Public Affairs departments at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC in the Woodlands, Texas.

With a wealth of experience in law firm and corporate legal department automation technology and enterprise-level financial and HR system implementations, Murphy will oversee operations as Equivalent DATA expands into multiple states and continues to roll-out its NeedleFinder® appliance to law firms and corporate legal departments across the country. Murphy’s hands-on approach to customer service and his ability to understand today’s complex electronic discovery challenges from the client’s perspective add to the already impressive management team.
